Home Group is one of the largest social housing and care providers in the UK. It is redefining practices and developing new initiatives for providing better services to residents and clients. To do this successfully it needed the support and commitment of staff.
Sightline was commissioned to produce an engaging video to explain the developments and show how the Home staff can become involved.
‘Tomorrow’s Home’ features a young Home employee talking to the viewer, introducing examples of how Home can make a real difference to people’s lives; and throwing down the challenge to get involved. The scenes were tightly scripted in order to deliver the messages accurately, so it was decided to use mostly actors for the residents and staff.
